What is the main reason cells are replaced in the body

Cells are replaced in the body because after a few days, the cells will start to die, and once all of your cells die, you have nothing left. Because of this, the cell needs to reproduce and replace the old ones. This is called the Cell Cycle!

So that way new cells can form and make the body healthier
