What tissue is found in the salivary glands and what is its purpose?

    The secretory cells are simple cuboidal epithelium. The epithelium tissues are bound together by connective tissue.

    Simple cuboidal epithelium secrete its product into the mouth through ducts while connective tissues hold other types of tissues together in organs.
