In order for the growth rate to remain constant what must happen to the birth rate?

    In order for the growth rate to remain constant, the birth rate must equal the death rate. This is the number of the population being born and the number of people dying. A birth replaces a death and vice versa, so if the birth rate and the death rate are the same, there are the same number of organisms total.
