Some chemicals that are used to stop bug infestations do not kill the insects. instead, they keep insects from developing past the larva stage. explain how preventing these insects to develope past the larva stage could stop an insect infestation.

    Simple. Larva can't reproduce.

    The insects who laid them are there. but they will eventually get killed off so all there is is larva and because larva can't reproduce you have no bugs.
