    Diseases caused due to virus and bacteria are mostly communicable. Heart Disease is caused due to poor supply of nutrients in hearts.

    It can not be transferred between pathogens. (bacteria etc.) it is a biological disfunction passed on either through poor habit of food intake, or its genetic. It's the scenario in which abnormal amounts of fat is in your blood vessels and clogs up your vein and stops the flow of blood. It's a disease relitive to the persons habits, and cannot be transmitted like corona.
