Good sources of vitamin D (other thansunshine) include fatty fish and fish oils as well as milk, cereal, and otherfoods that are fortified with vitamin D. These two are essential to bonehealth, according to the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletaland Skin Diseases.
