If you feel pain, moving faster, adding more weight, or even moving slower could end up in feeling more pain. The best thing to do is just plainly to stop altogether and get some rest. Pain is supposed to tell you something is wrong with your body when you do a certain exercise.

Answer: Option (d) is the correct answer.

    Explanation:

When we do weight training then our muscles start to work even harder as compared to the work that they normally do.

So, it is required to initially start weight training with less weight but if you feel the pain during weight lifting then it is advisable to stop altogether. This is because continuing the weight training might lead to serious muscle injury.

So, it is better to stop the training and continue only when the pain is relieved.

Thus, we can conclude that if you feel pain during weight training, then you should stop altogether.
