    It can't be B or C or D because those aren't 10 feet longer than width

    if we wanted math then

    l=10+w

    lw=1064

    (10+w) (w) = 1064

    w²+10w=1064

    w²+10w-1064=0

    (w-28) (w+38) = 0

    w-28=0

    w=28

    w+38=0

    w=-38, false, cannot have negative measure

    w=28

    w+10=l

    28+10=l38

    A is the answer
