Switch the term "heat" with the term "thermal energy."

    Explanation:

Heat (Q) is the transfer of energy from one object to another because of their temperature differences.

Thermal energy (E) is the total sum of the energy possessed by a system or an object due to the movement of particles.

As thermal energy is the total KE of the object/system and heat is the tranfer of this energy, it is incorrect to say that system has heat content because it is only the mode of transfer.
