Plant cells have chloroplasts which animal cells no not have. They have those organelles because they contain chlorophyll, in order to engage in photosynthesis. They also have a large central vacuole in order to maintain turgor pressure (that keeps leaves looking fresh, preventing them from wilting, but I would go with the chloroplast answer.)
