    This large coral reef presents an acidification process in the ocean due to climate change. The acidification in this great barrier of corals is caused by the absorption of carbon dioxide and the acidification has negatively impacted the corals because it corrodes their shell leading to death, being an example of what happens or can happen in other corals of other geographies
