If red flowering snapdragons are crossed with white flowering snapdragons, what would be the expected phenotype of the offspring

    The phenotype of the offspring would be: pink.

    The offspring (F1 generation) have a different phenotype than the true-breeding parents (red and white) because this is this is an example of incomplete dominance. The F1 generation is a result of a blend between the phenotypes of its parents.
