What is a difference between therapeutic cloning and reproductive cloning? Reproductive cloning produces cells that are genetically identical, and therapeutic cloning does not. Reproductive cloning produces a living organism, and therapeutic cloning does not. Reproductive cloning involves the transfer of genetic material, and therapeutic cloning does not. Reproductive cloning requires cell division to occur, and therapeutic cloning does not.
