What cell structure allows the passage of oxygen to it's environment?

    Cell surface membrane allows oxygen molecules to diffuse into the cell.

    If you're talking about Red Blood Cell, then haemoglobin will bind to the oxygen molecule forming oxyhaemoglobin.
