Normally the establishment has up to 5 calendar days to correct detected critical violations and up to 45 calendar days to correct detected noncritical violations. There are two types of violation which could be detected from the Food Establishment. These two types are the critical violation and the noncritical violation. The critical violation could directly lead to foodborne illness. The noncritical violation is not directly related to foodborne illness.
