    A Corporate is a legal entity separate from the owners. It is a legal person. Corporates have commercial rights to invest, trade, enter contracts, own properties, and can sue or be sued. The actions of the directors or employees may be interpreted as the action of the company.

    When employees or directors are operating in their official capacity, they are representing the interests of the company. Should their actions be judged as infractions, the company can be sued and get fined in a court of law.
