    d. a specific group of related projects, subprograms, and program activities

    Explanation:

Portfolio refers to different projects and programs with respect to an organization, which could be related or non related with one another.

On the other hand, a program refers to collection of related and similar projects which are collectively managed instead of individually.

Portfolios are larger and includes programs within itself. A collection of projects forms a program and similarly collection of projects, programs forms a portfolio.

When these related projects are finished, a program is said to have been completed. The objective behind management of a portfolio is to achieve strategic goals.
