eborah, a lawyer for a minor-league hockey team, is negotiating a contract between the team and its new practice stadium. The contract, now in its fourth draft, addresses all of Deborah's concerns and incorporates all of the changes she wanted. She is ready to sign the agreement, but she wants to be sure that any future conversations she has with the stadium lawyers are not considered additional provisions to the contract.
