    Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

    Explanation:

    FCPA or Foreign Corrupt Practices Act was enacted in 1977 to prohibit individuals in US from bribing foreign government officials so as to obtain business license or retain business operations.

    Individuals are prohibited from sharing any mails that constitutes any payment link or promise to pay which is directly or indirectly intended to solicit illegal assistance from foreign government officials.
