Explanation: A rational employee would like the building described in option D as it is a proven fact that employees like offices which has more windows because it keeps the sunlight in and also one does not feel like bounded.

A low office building is also more safe in case of calamities like fire and earthquake etc. Also a landscape nearby is a good place for having lunvh breaks or for some short breaks for walks etc.
