If f (x) = 3x + 10x and g (x) = 2x - 4, find (f - g) (x).

    Basically just subtract g (x) from f (x)

    (3x-10) - (2x-4)

    distribute the negative

    3x-10-2x+4

    Add like terms

    x-6
