    False because requesting different schedule of delivery was not a counter offer.

    Explanation:

    The reason is that the buyer has not rejected the offer by counter offer because he is accepting the offer but asking a favor of delivering or term of payment so that he is easy to pay or receive the product. This means that their is neither inclusion of a new condition in the contract nor their is rejection of contract. So the contract is enforceable here because the contract offer is not rejected.
