A teenager purchases a camera for $62 by endorsing his paycheck of $90. not having $28 change in his register the camera store owner runs across the street to the drug store and obtains $90 in cash for the check. he sells the teenager the camera and gives him his change. later the check turns out to be fraudulent and the camera store owner must make good with the drug store. he originally paid $32 for the camera. what was his total out-of-pocket loss?

    He is out of pocket by $32 to purchase the camera, and $90 to pay the medication store, however he is in stash by $62 in his till, so his net loss is $60.
