    Option E is correct 9.6 Covers/Hr

    Explanation:

    Productivity = Total Output/Total Input

    = 120/10

    = 12 Covers/Hr

    If there is a 20% decrease, then productivity = (80/100) * 12

    = 9.6 Covers/Hr
