Over the five seasons, East League Season has better Competitive Balance than West League Season.

Explanation: - In the East League Season, Each and every team (A, B, C, D and E) scored first rank one time. On the other hand, In the West League Season, The A team has scored first rank for thrice and E team has scored first rank for two times. Apart from A and E team, no team has scored first rank in West league season. Thus, East League Season has better Competitive Balance than West League Season as all the teams are playing well in East League Season.

Conclusion: - East League Season has better Competitive Balance than West League Season.
