    Explanation:

    The retrieval records and other information based on the name and other personal information is encapsulated in The Privacy Act of 1974. If any person has doubts regarding the PII sharing then he/she can directly have a word with the supervisor JSSO or the manger of security.

    Burn bags refers to the process of disposing the PII information with proper authentication. When these records are misused there are remedies and penalties in this Act. when an employee lost a CD that contains some of his personal details then he/she can consult and report to JSSO so that he can retrieve it.
