    It depends on what the item is and how expensive or time consuming it will be. For example if someone were to buy a printer they would debate weather buying it is too much of a financial stretch or other problem. They should ask what the return policy is and also you should internally ask yourself what this purchase will do for you and how much this printer will cost or how it will effect your life
