Macroeconomics is a specific branch in economics which focuses with the behavior, performance, the structure of economy as a whole. This also applies to national, regional and global.
Bonus info: "Macro" means large in greek, originally, the prefix is "makro-".

Macroeconomics is an area of economic sciences. Unlike microeconomics, macroeconomics work with approved sizes, investigate the general behavior of the economy, such as total income or the level of employment of the workforce or the rate of inflation. Macroecomics tries to find the relevant control factors and to establish their dependencies.
