    Explanation: This is not rigid or compulsory that the employees will increase their efforts while following a plan. The planning could also result as hindrance in innovation of the employees leading to a rigid and non flexible framework of operations.

    Planning does gives an organisation a direction to move on but sometimes but it does not guarantee that employees in the organisation will put greater effort.
