Describe the three different stages your résumé goes through when being submitted to an employer.

The first stage that your resume will undergo is filtering. A lot of companies received hundreds of application just for a single job posting, thus filtering the resumes. Second is the contacting the remaining candidates, or doing a phone interview. In this stage they will get to know your capabilities by asking some relevant questions about you, or the position you are applying to. Then the 3rd one is determining the finalists. From the scanning, filtering, and interviews they made, they will be able to know the lucky people who can be a part of the company.
