When a firm produces one more unit of output the total revenue they earn increases from $1,086 to $1,194, and their total cost of production increases from $828 to $903. When this last unit of output was produced, what was the change in profit? Enter a whole number with no dollar sign. Enter a negative sign if appropriate.

    33 dollars,

    1194-1086 = 108 (unit revenue)

    903-828 = 75 (unit cost)

    Profit = Revenue - expenses

    Profit = 108 - 75

    Change in profit = 33
