    A. Have a strong online presence

    B. Prepare an elevator speech

    D. Turn the tables and ask what work is available at the employer's location

    E. Prepare business cards

If Andrew is fresh graduated and current desire for any job then he should take following also:

    C. Tell the employer that you are willing to start at the bottom and take any job

    Explanation:

I suggest all the advice provided because these activities can support Andrew to have more opportunities in finding a suitable job.

The steps should he take in the career fair as below:

    (1) A. Have a strong online presence

This step is the 1st preparation before going to career fair.

Recruiter can quickly check Adrew's profile if they're interested in him. And if his online presence is more competitive, then he would come closer to the job.

    (2) D. Turn the tables and ask what work is available at the employer's location:

This is 1st approach to recruiter, and let them know that he's finding a job

    (3) E. Prepare business cards

Then he can provide his contact / short brief of his current position before he start the introduction to recruiter by:

    (4) B. Prepare an elevator speech

The recruiter would be impressed and remember Andrew through this speech. The speech though is in 30 seconds only, but should cover all the experiences, education, skills, personality ...

    (5) C. Tell the employer that you are willing to start at the bottom and take any job

This is NOT recommended if Andrew is not fresh graduated nor current desires for any jobs.

If the job seeker tells the recruiter that he willing to start at the bottom and take any job, the recruiter will understand that he can't find any better job.

However it also show that the job seeker is a hard worker, and can accept difficulties.
