B2C means that the company sells through a platform such as the internet, which is eliminating the phase of the seller that tells the customer what are the properties of what they are buying, the main consequences of the seller does not exist is that:

    - The product does not arrive as the buyer requires it because the information of the manufacturer was not as detailed as a seller can be.

    - The second possibility is that the product does not have enough marketing because it cannot be tested as a store item.

    - Eliminating the sales process could eventually lead to a problem for buyers who do not have internet access, for example: Older adults.
