Cvs pharmacy changed its name to cvs health, reshaping and broadening its lines of products and services to align more appropriately with its revamped "better health" mission. for example, it stopped selling tobacco products altogether. how would this be classified in a swot analysis?

    This would be a strength, because they are doing something that other competitors are not. Walgreens still sells cigarettes, and by not selling cigarettes, CVS is promoting a healthier outlook. Also, by broadening its lines of products and services, they are also giving themselves another strength, because they are offering more than their competitors.
