What are three things you can do to improve job satisfaction?

Three things that I can do to improve job satisfaction are:

1. By changing the way I work: there are some task in every job that an employee finds more interesting. Hence, i can increase job satisfaction by emphasizing the task I like doing more by spending more time on it.

2. By changing workplace relationships: by building good relationships with colleagues, clients, employer may become a good way of increasing job satisfaction.

3. Re-framing the way I think about work: I can increase the job satisfaction by looking at the value I add up in the society or economy by doing a my job.
