It will have available space for 326 lots of 12,500 square feet

    Explanation:

The land available is 160 acres

from which 35% will be reserved for streets, sidewalks, a park, and a community center

So land available for the lots:

    160 x (1 - 0.35) = 160 x 0.65 = 104 acres

    1 acre = 43560

    104 acres x 43,560 = 4,530,240 square foot available

    4,530,240 / 12,500 = 362.4192 = 362

We round down, because we can only sale complete lot
