    Supplier Y Score is

    = Supplies Y rating * weight

    = 80 * 0.5 + 90 * 0.1 + 85 * 0.3 + 95 * 0.1

    = 40 + 9 + 25.5 + 9.5

    = 84

    As we can see that the supplier score of X is 85 which is greater than the supplier score of Y

    Hence, the supplier X should be selected by the RBS company
