    b. Wages would be lower in housing construction Jobs

    Explanation:

Labor market is at its natural equilibrium when there is no societal restriction. Labor market is same as supply and demand market. when society restricted to right handed people to construction work, the quantity of jobs in construction will increases because right handed people are far more than left handed people hence we can assume that large number of right handed people were involved in construction work.

Huge number of people have to leave construction. decrease in labor supply will also decreases the number (Quantity) of workers employed in market. In this situation the wage earned by each employed worker will be increase. But in housing construction the wages would be lower because of restriction on right handed people for constructing houses.
