    Online shopping websites, online stock exchange sites and online payment and money transfer apps are some of the many examples of which the E-commerce has been used.

    E - commerce has evidenced drastic increase over the years but still it cannot be used for large contracts that involves millions of funds. Projects related to infrastructure or heavy investments requires a number of legal activities to be performed which cannot be done electronically. Therefore, these obligations are an hindrance in E commerce.
