Although many studies recommend that personnel be assigned full time to projects, very few companies assign employees full time to projects? Why do you think this occurs?

    Answer: Few Companies assigned employee to full time projects so as not to include them in some entitlements and benefit which are for full time employee

    Explanation: Full time employee are entitle to certain benefit such as

    annual leave, personal leave, sick leave, career leave and compensation which part time employee do not have. They see it as a way of cost management for the company.
