When someone comes to your web site through an ad campaign, leaves the site, and then comes back later by another link or search, and then converts best describes:?

    A latent conversion.

    While the first ad click didn't result in a sale, the person eventually came back and made a purchase. They "converted" from a looker to a buyer, but since it was not directly through the first ad it is considered latent.
