Frank is a homeless person who lives on the steets of New York City. One evening he is hungry, so steals a loaf of bread and a carton of milk from the deli. He defends his theft by saying that he is entitled to the food - he is hungry and will use it for nourishment, while the deli owner will only sell it to make a profit. Why is the theft wrong despite Frank's feelings?

Stealing anything that you don't own is wrong. Frank could possibly have been fined for stealing. In addition, Frank could've gotten food from another source or he could just ask for food instead of taking it without permission.

Morals, everyone is equal and is entitled to make a living. frank needs to use resources available to him. by stealing from the deli owner if everyone did that it would put the deli owner in jeopardy of being in the same place as frank.
