    Full disclosure principle.

    Explanation:

Full disclosure means that a company discloses any necessary and relevant information relating to the business on their financial statements.

For example if a business is having financial crisis, sales are going down and there is possibility of closure, this information should be stated in the financial statement. Not reporting it goes against the principle of full disclosure.
