    The theory states that there are five levels of needs.

    4. Esteem: This is feeling of believing and having confidence in oneself. An individual must have confidence in his/herself and also be valued by other people.

    5. Self-Actualization: This is the feeling of fulfillment. The feeling of fulfillment of one individual is different from another. It is the feeling of achieving ones purpose in life. It is the feeling of an individual that he or she is doing what they are meant to do.
