    In measurement of variable, Job satisfaction, absenteeism and turn over are the three variables which are most strongly theoretically connected to one another. Poor organizational commitment regularly mains to employee turnover as well as absenteeism stages in organizations. Employees not performing up for work once arranged can be a major problem for organizations is called absenteeism. As loads increase on the budgets and keenness of companies there is more courtesy is being specified to decrease workplace absenteeism and its cost. The absence is a compound variable and that it is inclined by numerous reasons in cooperation of personal and organizational. Job satisfaction has stood noted as one of the factors manipulating an employee’s enthusiasm to appear. The connection among absenteeism and job satisfaction seem to be uneven. Not at all correlation amongst these two variables while other studies indicate a weak to moderate relationship among these two variables.
