    150% is the answer. The productivity rate of the assembly line is 100 pretzels per hour (800 pretzels divided by 8 hours.) If we increase it to 1,200 pretzels in the same time, the productivity rate is now 150 pretzels per hour Divide the new rate by the old (150/100) and you get 1.5 or 150%
