If joe were to introduce himself as dr. early to sell to gensol, knowing that people would assume that he was a medical doctor, but never tell anyone that he was, would contracts entered into be considered to be fraudulent?

    The contracts Joe entered into will not be considered fraudulent. This is because, Joe made no material statement that he is a medical doctor. There are many types of doctor and Joe did not specify the type of doctor he is because of this the contracts he entered into can not be considered fraudulent.
