    2) A. Stop outsourcing - the company should stop searching for new people but instead find opportunities to improve its current set of employees.

    3) A. Are you married? - is an inappropriate and very personal question to be asked by an interviewer during a job interview because it does not have a direct correlation to the job the person is applying to.

    4) C a follow up letter - this letter is usually sent to check the status of the application, but not a lot of people do this practice.
