    True.

This is because managers are responsible for the overall performance of a branch and its personnel. Managers have people under their supervision and any problem that may arise in the course of a business day, they have to deal and solve in as little amount of time as possible.

False. The manager's role in any company is to oversee the work and total output of those people directly under his supervision. The manager gets a lot of interrupted time especially when there are concerns that need immediate attention. When clients need to talk to a business establishments, usually the first person they are looking for is the manager. When there are concerns with staff performance, the manager is also there to handle the situation. This is because he is the direct representative of the company who is supposed to know the exact ground rules and policies that are needed to be implemented within work hours.
