    B. Easement of necessity

    Explanation:

Easement of necessity is usually used when there is a property that is land-locked.

For example the owner of a property divides it between two individuals, and one of the parcels of land does not have access to the road (land-locked), easement of necessity gives the owner of the land-locked parcel have access to the road via the other portion of land.

This easement is only temporary. For example if there is a new road that gives access to the land-locked parcel, there is no longer a need for easement of necessity.
